Orders are processed daily, Monday to Thursday. Orders which are placed and paid for by Sunday to Wednesday 8am are sent within 24hrs. All other orders will be sent on the next working day.
All helicopters are sent fully insured, registered standard post within Australia. To check the cost of postage for the items in your shopping cart, go to the first step of the checkout. You will not be charged or be under any obligation to complete the checkout process.
Returns Policy
Orders of value over $100 are always insured*. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for delivery before contacting us.
Please contact us immediately upon receipt of your goods if they are damaged. We will work through any trouble you are having and in most cases we will exchange your item completely free of charge. You must contact us immediately and provide a full description of the trouble.
*Goods shipped to some countries cannot be insured. Please contact us if you want to check whether your goods can be insured. For international orders, if insurance is not possible, we will not be liable for lost items.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the product meets their local regulations. We will not be liable for customs costs or items kept by your local customs. If in doubt, please contact us before purchasing.
Goods can be returned subject to the following conditions:
1) The item must be returned in as new condition (unopened in all original packing).
2) The cost of the return postage is your responsibility.
3) Restocking fees apply (helis $20, parts $5).
